WE ARE HIRING: ASSISTANT BREWERS

Glen Affric Brewery are looking to add hard-working team members to our team as Assistant Brewers.

Assistant Brewer training will be provided where you will be involved in the brewing, cellaring & canning process of Glen Affric Beers and Contract Brewing. Successful candidates will also be given the opportunity to be placed on an 18 month full-time paid apprenticeship course to gain a Level 4 Brewer qualification. If you’ve ever worked in hospitality but wanted your foot in the door in the brewing industry, this is the role for you!

Brewery operations are typically Monday-Friday but can transition to all days of the week on rare occasions when required.

Requirements:

- Legal right to work in U.K.

- High attention to detail

- A good understanding of hygienic process.

- Be hard working and self motivated.

- A deep passion for good beer.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with collaborative approach to leadership
