Refunds & Returns.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For “Collection” orders, the 14 day window starts once we send you an email stating your order is ready for collection.

Regarding any beer, soda or merchandise, if there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us at store@glenaffricbrewery.com.

If goods are to be returned to Glen Affric Brewery, they must be returned in their original packaging. You will be refunded for the goods once received back into our warehouse, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Contact us at store@glenaffricbrewery.com if you would like to return your goods back to us and we will help you to do this. Return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer or we will arrange a collection from the original delivery address.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.

Customers accept responsibility for the safe storage and use of the products upon receipt. Glen Affric Brewery is not liable for damage caused by customer mishandling. 

WHERE DO I RETURN MY PARCEL TO?

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Please note that return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
